Wow wish knew about this a long time…
Reason I contacted them was I couldnt login, all of a sudden my logins are ‘incorrect’, this has never happened before. After several attempts I followed their instructions and reset my password using their link. So back onto the chat to ask about lifting the withdrawl freeze I had put on, and i get booted off the chat entirely after 15 mins and it also signs me out. Cant sign in again, my logins are ‘incorrect’. I read a really damning review of these people on facebook, a real eye opener.

They say its because Ive been scammed before. Its none of your business and to totally restrict my account permanently is quite disgusting and controlling. Account cancelled ill go somewhere else that is easier to deal with. They also previously locked my account so I couldn’t move my money back to my bank account, it go to the point that I had to threaten them with ACCC for them to allow me to retrieve my funds.
They locked my account for some reason and it’s been so HARD trying to verify my account. Over the course of 3 years I tried to submit my photos with different cameras and phone and it keeps getting rejected. Then today they accepted my photo, but within an hour they sent another rejection email. I’m so lost at what to do They let me add money but blocked me from withdrawing my money!
